Ingredients

  • Flat head cabbage 1 head

  • Pork belly 50g

  • Chili pepper 3 pieces

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Sauce
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbs

  • Light soy sauce 2tbs

  • Dark soy sauce 2tbs

  • Dark rice vinegar 1tbs

Directions

  • Peel off leaves from the flat head cabbage one by one, give them good wash.
  • Use both hands to tear flat head cabbage into smaller pieces, size of small sticky note.
  • Cut pork belly into thin slices
  • Cut the garlic in thin slices.
  • Turn on the stove, once the wok is hot, put in pork belly and stair.
  • Add garlics in and keep stairing until its cooked. (I personally like the crunchy cabbage)
  • Add Chili pepper to bring out the aroma, then add flat head cabbages in and stir.
  • Stair for 2 mins, then add sauces in, keep stiring.
  • Add garlics in and keep stiring. if you like it more salty, you can add some salt now.
  • If you like the crunchy cabbage, you can taste it. Once it ready, serve it.
