Flat head cabbage 1 head
Pork belly 50g
Chili pepper 3 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
- Sauce
Oyster sauce 1 tbs
Light soy sauce 2tbs
Dark soy sauce 2tbs
Dark rice vinegar 1tbs
Directions
- Peel off leaves from the flat head cabbage one by one, give them good wash.
- Use both hands to tear flat head cabbage into smaller pieces, size of small sticky note.
- Cut pork belly into thin slices
- Cut the garlic in thin slices.
- Turn on the stove, once the wok is hot, put in pork belly and stair.
- Add garlics in and keep stairing until its cooked. (I personally like the crunchy cabbage)
- Add Chili pepper to bring out the aroma, then add flat head cabbages in and stir.
- Stair for 2 mins, then add sauces in, keep stiring.
- Add garlics in and keep stiring. if you like it more salty, you can add some salt now.
- If you like the crunchy cabbage, you can taste it. Once it ready, serve it.
